Welcome Preschool Academy Families to the 2024-25 program year! 

Our early childhood environments and experiences will continue to be designed with our early learners in mind. Health and safety practices will be a priority for all children and staff. Outdoor learning spaces will be utilized as much as possible. 

There are a few remaining steps for the registration process to complete your child’s online enrollment information and to review important HBCSD and Preschool Academy documents, including the 2024-25 program calendar. This process applies to new and returning families. 

Step 1 

• Visit www.hbcsd.us/dataconfirmation

  • Your username is the email address used to create your account. Your password is the same as it was last year. (If you have forgotten your password, request a new one using the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen. The system will email you a link to reset your password.) 

  • We recommend completing this process on a desktop or laptop computer. Mobile devices are much more challenging to use with the system. Please contact us if you need assistance or access to a computer 

Step 2 

• When you log in to the Aeries Parent Portal, you will start the data confirmation process to verify and update information. There will be documents to review and complete electronically as part of this process. 

  • Please DO NOT delete physician and dentist information. If physician/ dentist information needs to be corrected, please email Preschool Academy at preschoolacademy@hbcsd.us to update. 

  • Required forms, including any applicable custody or restraining court orders, immunization records, physician's report, and any required medical documentation with medication, must be completed and received by the Early Childhood Education office before your child’s first day of attendance. 

• Be sure to add contact information for individuals to whom your child may be released if a parent/guardian is unavailable in an emergency. Children will only be released to parents/guardians (18 years or older) or authorized emergency contacts listed. 

• Once you have completed the data confirmation process, you may print the data confirmation document to keep for your records (you do NOT need to provide a signed copy of this form to the school’s office).

Step 3 

• Once you’ve completed Data Confirmation, you must complete online orientation to access your child’s room and teacher assignment.

• Please email the certificate of completion to preschoolacademy@hbcsd.us
