Notice of Public Hearing | Statement of Assurance to Ensure Availability of Textbooks and Instructional Materials for Fiscal Year 2024-2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Huntington  Beach City School District intends to conduct a Public Hearing on  October 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to make a determination, through a resolution,  as to whether each student in each school in the District has sufficient  textbooks or instructional materials in each subject that are consistent with  the content and cycles of the curriculum framework adopted by the State  Board of Education, pursuant to Section 60119 of the California Education  Code. 

The Public Hearing shall be held in the District’s Board Room, located at  8750 Dorsett Drive, Huntington Beach, California.
