The Title I Program was established to assist students who may be “at risk” and/or who fail to demonstrate expected achievement at their grade level. Funds are used to purchase instructional materials, provide professional development, and teach parents how to work more effectively with their children. Dwyer, Perry, Peterson, and Smith Schools receive Title I funds based on criteria set by the federal government.
